We ship with DPD next day as standard, so be sure to leave your mobile number and you'll receive text notifications giving you a one hour time slot for your delivery. 

You will receive email notifications as standard. 

Order before 1pm Monday - Thursday and you'll receive your order the next day. Orders placed Friday before 1pm will arrive Monday, and orders placed after 1pm Friday/Saturday/Sunday will arrive Tuesday.

Please note; once the item is in transit, it is the Customer who has control over the shipment and not the retailer. Please use your 'in-flight' options as per your emails from DPD to select safe place, leave with neighbour, arrange redelivery etc. We cannot do this for you, sorry! 

We strongly advise that if you live in a block of flats/have a communal entrance, you disable any options allowing DPD to leave with anyone other than yourself. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to your address but lost within that address; DPD will not allow us to claim for such items if you have these options enabled and you have a communal entrance. 

If you miss your delivery, or you forget to collect it from your specified collection point, you'll need to contact us on or via the contact form on the website to rearrange it. We will send a payment link for £5 to redeliver your item, which is exactly what it costs to send DPD back to your address. 

If an item is returned to us unexpectedly we will contact you to discuss redelivery. If you don't return our emails within 14 days we will refund your items less the delivery cost. 

We recommend you use our DPD service. If you use our Royal Mail Untracked service, please note that we provide proof of postage only, and cannot assist further than that.
