It's ok to change your mind.

If you decide your Abel Burner or any of our products are not for you, that's ok! We'll give you 30 days to return the products back to us, in an unused condition for a full refund, no questions asked.

To obtain an exchange or refund, post your products to us at the below address, please ensure to include your name and order number and state that you wish either for a refund or exchange.

Abel Burners are not responsible for postage costs on returned products. Please ensure items are packaged well, as we cannot be held responsible for items arriving broken. Unfortunately, any oil that has had the seal broken, cannot be accepted back for a refund. Please ensure your oils are not opened if you wish for a full refund. We recommend you use a recorded postage service, so you can track your item. Abel Burners are not liable for items missing in the post.

All refunds will be processed within 3 working days of us receiving your products back.

Faulty Items & Other Issues

It's a fact of life that sometimes things don't go to plan and an item slips through the net which is less than perfect, or we get something wrong. Please know that we want you to be happy with your order and will be keen to resolve any issues for you!

Please email us at help@abelburners.co.uk or via the contact form on our website, giving a description of the problem. On receipt, we will be in touch with you to offer a resolution and set up a return for you.
