It's OK to change your mind.

If you decide your Abel Burner or any of our products are not for you, that's ok! We'll give you 30 days to return the products back to us, in an unused condition for a full refund, no questions asked.

To obtain an exchange or refund, firstly email info@abelburners.co.uk stating that you'd like a refund. Next, post your products to us at the below address, please ensure to include your name and order number and state that you wish for a refund.Abel Burners, Unit 6 The Sqaure Ind Estates, Grampound Road, Truro, Cornwall, TR2 4DS. Abel Burners are not responsible for postage costs on returned products. Please ensure items are packaged well, as we cannot be held responsible for items arriving broken. Unfortunately, any oil that has had the seal broken, cannot be accepted back for a refund. Please ensure your oils are not opened if you wish for a full refund. We recommend you use a recorded postage service, so you can track your item.

Abel Burners are not liable for items missing in the post.All refunds will be processed within 3 working days of us receiving your products back.
