Order processing takes us 1 - 2 working days, then delivery time depends on the option you choose. Royal Mail untracked is approximately 2 days. DPD is next working day delivery.

The Abel Burner flask is top shelf dishwasher safe. For a nice clean flask, we recommended rinsing out with warm to hot water after every use. If a more thorough clean is needed, pop a handful of dried rice, some washing up liquid and warm water in your flask and swirl.

Yup. We are still just a husband and wife team. We care very much about attention to detail. To ensure we can grow our bases are now handmade made locally by a wood cutting company, by Richard and his amazing team. Everything else is handmade by us in our unit in Cornwall.

Yes they are. All of our oils are fragrance oils, which are completely safe for animals. 

A lot can affect the scent throw of your Abel Burner. The first thing to try is using warm water instead of cold and adding more drops of oil. We say 5 - 10 drops, some people of course like it a lot stronger. If you've got your Abel Burner high on a shelf, the warm vapour will rise to the ceiling and take a long time to come down. If that's the case, try having your Abel Burner lower down. It may take up to 30 minutes to start noticing the aroma. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you're still struggling.
