Lovely packaging. Simple idea excellently executed.

Got one of these as a gift a year ago. Everyone comments on it. Easy to maintain and scent lasts ages. Just bought one for another room - this time the one with the walnut base and Santa Monica oil… perfect for the summer. Great customer service.

Lovely looking burner reminding me of chemistry lessons when I was young. The oils smell great, too.

The item was bought as a Christmas present and is a really interesting item to have on display and to use. However, when considering the price and then the quality of the item it just doesn't work.
The walnut wood does look beautiful, however there is a small section that looks to have broken away (possibly during the cutting of the piece) which always catches your eye when you look at it. There's also several scratches on the bottom of it (not too bad as you don't see it - but for £75 I don't expect this). The copper piping looks good with the walnut wood but again has several scratches and 'black spots' on sections which there shouldn't be for the price paid. I appreciate that pieces are individual and unique but when you look at something that is relatively expensive and would put it back due to the condition it's in I don't accept 'individuality' as a reason for poor quality.
Another weird thing was the delivery - it was packed in a box full of packing chips (those things that look like wotsits) which surprised me as it wasn't exactly secured from being bashed, and wasn't sent as a tracked delivery, just 'signed for' which when the order was almost £130 I'd have expected tracking as standard and better packaging of an expensive item of wood and glass that is at the mercy of a delivery company.
